Guinevere's Gift
A prophecy made at Guinevere's birth foresaw a future of greatness and everlasting fame. Now the prophecy hangs over young Guinevere's head like the shadow of doom. She tries to reject it, refusing to believe that she is different from anyone else. How can people expect great things from her? Her parents are dead, and she lives as the ward of her aunt, the queen of Gwynedd, who has a daughter of her own to raise and marry off. An accidental meeting with an Old One, an encounter with an ancient seer, and an attack on the kingdom of Gwynedd force Guinevere to action... and the realization that the prophecy must be somehow accepted.
